If you purchased your GoFiltr product through online retailer other than gofiltr.com and have a question then please provide us with your Order ID and product Name/Variation so we can lookup your order and expedite the resolution.
We could help with some “parts” replacements but just as any retailer we require verifiable Order ID, description of the issue and preferably picture of the issue/damage. If you need to send us pictures of the damage please email us at support@go-filtr.com
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchases made outside of GoFiltr.com. If you need to return or exchange your product please reach out to the respective retailer of purchase.
